When you use VisionAI, we collect information that you provide to us, such as your email address when you create an account, and usage data related to the images and wallpapers you generate.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• Process your transactions and manage your credits.
• Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support messages.

3. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Analytics & Audience Measurement

To understand how visitors use VisionAI and improve our service, we use the following analytics tools:

• Matomo (self-hosted, anonymous). We run our own Matomo instance on infrastructure we control. No data is shared with any third party. Matomo is configured for anonymous audience measurement: cookies are disabled, IP addresses are truncated to their first two bytes before storage, and the browser's Do Not Track signal is honored. Raw analytics data is retained for at most 25 months.
• Microsoft Clarity (opt-in). Clarity provides anonymous heatmaps and session recordings to help us identify usability issues. Clarity is loaded only after you give explicit consent via our cookie banner. Sensitive content (passwords, payment fields, personal media in the creator) is masked from recordings. You can withdraw consent at any time, and Clarity will stop loading on subsequent visits.

5. Cookies

VisionAI does not set cookies for analytics purposes by default. Cookies are used only:

• By our authentication provider (Clerk) to keep you signed in.
• By our payment provider (Stripe) during checkout.
• By Microsoft Clarity, only if you have explicitly opted in via the cookie banner.

6. Your Rights & How to Opt Out

You can control how VisionAI collects analytics data:

• Browser Do Not Track. Enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser stops Matomo from collecting any data about your visit. We honor this signal automatically.
• Decline Microsoft Clarity. You can decline or withdraw consent for Clarity through the cookie banner. Once declined, Clarity is not loaded.
• Access, correction and deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
